Our Mission Statement

The mission of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church is to proclaim, confess and teach the message of salvation from sin, death and the power of the devil by the death and glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is the church’s ministry of Word and Sacraments which brings the Good News to the local community and the world. This ministry is joyfully lived out in personal discipleship in the communion of the Church and in faithful witness and service to the local community and world.
